• Frontlines EduTech does not offer refunds, except in rare, approved cases as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We strive to keep our programs affordable while ensuring quality and scale. All sales are final once access is granted.

• Upon a successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product, course, or module.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID with access instructions.
• Please ensure the same email ID is used for login and purchase.
• Access duration (lifetime, 1 year, batch-based, etc.) will be shown at the time of purchase.
• Downloadable resources may be provided depending on the course.
• For any access issues, contact our support team.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We do not store payment information; payments are securely processed by our payment partners.

Note: We do not ship any physical goods unless explicitly mentioned in a specific program.

When using Frontlines EduTech, you must:

• Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not provide a refund for past payments.
